1. Access and Mandate By subscribing to or accessing The Safari Brief, you agree to these operational terms. We provide high-level, Pan-African macroeconomic intelligence. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any user who violates these protocols.
2. Intellectual Property and Distribution Our intelligence is proprietary. The insights, data models, and strategic frameworks delivered in our dispatches are the exclusive intellectual property of The Safari Brief.
- Permitted: You may use our intelligence internally to drive your organizational strategy. You may share brief excerpts on social networks, provided you explicitly credit and link back to The Safari Brief.
- Prohibited: You may not scrape, republish in full, commercialize, or syndicate our dispatches without explicit, written authorization.
3. Platform Integrity You agree not to disrupt our digital infrastructure or attempt to bypass our security protocols. Our platform is built for efficiency; any interference with our operational capacity will result in immediate termination of access.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Safari Brief operates strictly within a Pan-African framework. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this platform shall be settled privately by arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized African arbitration institution, such as the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC) or the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). The language of the arbitration shall be English.
